West Coast Jou Lekker Ding BraaiDag or Braai Fees Concert Terms & Conditions "Event" means any live music concerts held at the Venue. "Weskus Jou Lekker Ding" means Weskus Jou Lekker Ding (Pty) Ltd, its representatives, servants, employees and subcontractors and "We" shall be read accordingly. "Terms and Conditions" means these terms and conditions. "Venue" means the location of the Event specified on any Ticket. "Ticket" means any ticket for an Event. "you" means you or anyone acting in West Coast Jou Lekker Ding's reasonable opinion with your authority or consent and "You" shall be read accordingly in its role as Promoter of the Event. 1. Weskus Jou Lekker Ding se en die Plek se totale aanspreeklikheid met betrekking tot 'n gekanselleerde Geleentheid word hieronder uiteengesit in Voorwaardes 14 en 16. 10. Kaartjies kan nie omgeruil of terugbetaal word nie, tensy die optrede gekanselleer, herskeduleer of waar daar 'n wesenlike verandering aan die program van die geleentheid is. Waar 'n Geleentheid gekanselleer, herskeduleer word en jy nie die herskeduleergeleentheid kan of wil bywoon nie of waar daar 'n wesenlike verandering aan die program van die Geleentheid is, sal jy geregtig wees op 'n terugbetaling in ooreenstemming met Voorwaarde 14 en Ons Covid -19 Aanvullende bepalings. Die totale terugbetaling vir 'n Kaartjie is die sigwaarde van die Kaartjie wat gekoop is. Persoonlike reëlings insluitend reis, verblyf, gasvryheid of verblyf met betrekking tot die Geleentheid wat deur U gereël is, is op U eie risiko. Weskus Jou Lekker Ding en die Venue sal geen kaartjie wat van 'n nie-amptelike sekondêre kaartjie-webwerf gekoop is, aanvaar nie. Jy moet voldoen aan alle instruksies wat deur Weskus Jou Lekker Ding en/of alle Plek-rentmeesters en Plekpersoneel aan Jou gegee word. Weskus Jou Lekker Ding of die Venue behou die reg voor om toegang tot dele van die Venue te beperk. 28. Enige opname- of versendingtoerusting (insluitend professionele kameras), ongemagtigde opnames, bande, films of soortgelyke items kan deur Weskus Jou Lekker Ding of die Plek gekonfiskeer en/of vernietig word. Enige opname wat gemaak word van 'n Gebeurtenis of deel daarvan in stryd met die Voorwaardes sal aan die Weskus Jou Lekker Ding of die Plek behoort en U stem in om alle regte in enige sodanige opnames aan Weskus Jou Lekker Ding of die Plek toe te dra. Nieteenstaande enigiets anders in die Voorwaardes, sal Weskus Jou Lekker Ding of die Venue nie aanspreeklik wees vir enige verlies, diefstal of skade aan gekonfiskeerde items nie. 31. Jy gee jou uitdruklike toestemming dat jou werklike of gesimuleerde gelykenis gratis ingesluit word by enige film, foto, oudio en/of oudiovisuele opname om in alle media vir enige doel te eniger tyd regoor die wêreld ontgin te word. Jy mag die Plek slegs tydens 'n Geleentheid verlaat en weer binnegaan na goeddunke van Weskus Jou Lekker Ding. Andersins sal daar geen hertoelatings of uitpassings van enige aard wees nie. Afhangende van die tipe Geleentheid, sal elke poging aangewend word om laatkommers toe te laat tydens 'n geskikte pouse in die Geleentheid, maar toegang vir laatkommers kan nie altyd gewaarborg word nie. 34. Weskus Jou Lekker Ding behou die reg voor om gehoorlede toe te laat om in sittende areas van die Venue te staan. 35. Jy mag geen borgskap-, promosie- of bemarkingsmateriaal by die Geleentheid inbring of by die Geleentheid vertoon of versprei nie. 36. Jy mag geen sakke of ander items van persoonlike eiendom sonder toesig in die Plek los nie. Enige persoonlike besittings of ander items (insluitend sonder beperking klere, beursies en selfone), wat in die Plek gevind word, sal deur die Plek gehou word vir 'n tydperk van 30 dae na hul ontdekking. Gedurende hierdie tydperk kan jy enige item wat aan jou behoort van die Plek afhaal op redelike bewys van identifikasie en eienaarskap. Indien, na die verstryking van 30 dae vanaf die datum van die ontdekking daarvan, enige item nie deur U afgehaal is nie, behou Weskus Jou Lekker Ding of die Plek die reg voor om enige sodanige items te vervreem soos dit goeddink sonder enige verdere aanspreeklikheid teenoor U. Indien 'n hof bevind dat enige van die Voorwaardes om enige rede nie afgedwing kan word om enige rede nie, sal dit nie verhoed dat die ander bepalings van die Voorwaardes voortgaan om van toepassing te wees nie. 40. Enige vertraging van Weskus Jou Lekker Ding of die Plek in die afdwinging van enige van die Voorwaardes sal nie 'n afstanddoening van Weskus Jou Lekker Ding of die Plek se regte om dit te doen daarstel nie. 41. Enige persoon, behalwe Weskus Jou Lekker Ding of Venue, wat nie 'n party tot die Bepalings en Voorwaardes is nie, sal geen regte onder die Wet op Kontrakte (Regte van Derde Partye) 1999 hê om enige bepaling van die Bepalings en Voorwaardes af te dwing nie. 42. Jy, Weskus Jou Lekker Ding, of die Plek stem in dat dit nie die Voorwaardes aangegaan het in afhanklikheid van, en geen remedie sal hê ten opsigte van, enige verklaring, voorstelling, verbond, waarborg, onderneming of vrywaring deur enige ander persoon as soos uitdruklik in die Voorwaardes uiteengesit. Niks in hierdie klousule sal enige aanspreeklikheid vir bedrog beperk of uitsluit nie. 45. Die Voorwaardes beïnvloed nie en sal nie Jou statutêre regte as 'n verbruiker beïnvloed nie.
